Strides of Values
Strides of Values offers visitors an opportunity to participate and volunteer in schools and communities to experience first-hand the realities, aspirations and potential of children in rural communities. These visits provide a unique opportunity to listen to teachers and learners, understand the needs of individual schools and identify practical areas where support can make the greatest difference.
Following the school experience, visitors can enjoy some of the Rift Valley's spectacular wildlife and tourism destinations, creating a meaningful connection between exploration, culture, community and giving.It is an experience designed to leave you with more than photographs and memories—you leave knowing that your presence has contributed to something bigger.
Through their school visits, volunteers can identify needs that matter most to the school community. They can then choose to support specific priorities through fundraising, donations, or partnerships. Previously, visitors donated desks, benches, sports kits, child and family support (water tanks, solar kits, school fees).
This approach creates a direct connection between the volunteer's experience and the impact of their contribution.
By combining school engagement with the opportunity to explore Kenya's remarkable landscapes and wildlife, the programme creates a unique experience where adventure meets purpose.
